The safety of our clients staff and tenants are our number 1 priority. Therefore Valiant Properties would like to issue the following statement:-

Viewings to enter tenants and vendors home will be minimised over the next 7 days and any contact to include the advised 1 meter range where possible.

We will also refrain from shaking hands, please do not take this personally as this is solely due to the advice given from the public health department.

Staff will ensure they are fit for work and in the event any staff feel unwell with flu like symptoms they will be encouraged to work from home where able to do so to limit and reduce the risk the spread of germs.

Personal hygiene in the workplace has always and will continue to be a high priority therefore to safe guard our staff and visitors, could we suggest that all persons attending our offices are kept to a minimum and are for essential appointments only.

Should we be forced to close temporarily due to staff illness or the ‘work from home’ advice issued by the department of health we will still strive to maintain high levels of service at all times. We are dedicated to ensure no loss of service to our customers therefore this will only occur in extreme circumstances.

In the event of maintenance issues at properties; these works will be kept to ‘most urgent and priority cases only’ to ensure tenants and contractors health and safety alike.

If your home is due to be inspected by a member of the Valiant Properties team and you would prefer to rearrange this to a later date please do not hesitate to speak to our admin team who will facilitate this.
