VALIANT PROPERTIES have a VACANCY for an experienced part-time sales and letting negotiator to be based in our Wisbech office to cover local areas and villages. We are ideally looking for a candidate who can thrive under pressure and will take pride in liaising with vendors, landlords, tenants and contractors to resolve both technical and practical issues and can deliver impressive levels of customer service.
Any candidate interested in this role must have a full and clean UK driving license and a car.
Superb organisational and communication skills. Written and spoken English – writes and speaks clearly and concisely. Strong administrative and IT skills.
Be able to work from Mon – Fri ~ 09:00-17:00.
Weekends are required to work on a rota basis.
Salary is dependent on experience.
